Regular use of these relaxation exercises will provide you with the opportunity to develop a mindfulness and meditation routine. It is best to use headphones or earbuds and ensure that you are sitting comfortably in a place where you will not be disturbed.  A quiet room with speakers will also work well.

For obvious reasons:
Do not listen to these whilst driving or operating dangerous machinery.

Downloading Instructions:

  • To download your personal copy of the two exercises click on the following links.
  • All you need to do is select the one of audio icons below and it will automatically redirect you to the audio file that you may listen to using your own device.
  • Please note you can download the audio file to your own device by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the Audio Control bar.
  • Both exercises follow the same relaxation and awareness raising sequence.
  • One is a 10 minute version that is designed to be listened to in the morning before work.
  • The other one is 20 minutes and is designed to be listened to in the evening before dinner.
